It is similar to Delivery Exchange Return. Instead of return back the document to you after exchange we will deliver the exchanged document to another customer. Eg: COLLECT cheque from you And go To XYZ Co., EXCHANGE with receipt And finally DELIVER receipt to ABC Company.
